About

i-Finance Leasing Plc. (“i-Finance”) is an innovation and technology financial institution providing smart leasing solutions to its customers across Cambodia. I-Finance is commenced in 2014 by three (03) Cambodian founders namely Mr. Sok Chamroeun, Mr. Kang Samnang, and Mr. Lav Pokeat.

In the last quarter of 2022, KB Kookmin Card, a leading consumer finance company in South Korea together with one of its subsidiaries, KB Daehan Specialized Bank successfully and wholly acquired i-Finance. With the support of the new shareholders, i-Finance will continue to invest in technology and the capabilities of its staff with advancements in digital technology to cater to a growing market and customer convenience.

Job Description

  • Assist and support Branch Manager duties.

  • Directs and manages the Sales and branch operation support function to ensure the branch achieves the set target by the Company.

  • Market visit and make a close deal with dealers in the branch operation area.

  • Coordinates training/coaching/meeting activities to improve staff’s skills for efficiency practice.

  • Supervises the sales activities (the Application and the Disbursement process) to make sure the standard turn-around time is well implemented.

  • Monitors, feedback, and reports all market information and survey competitor, Productivity, Zone, and SWOT Analysis activities to superior.

  • Monitor and coordinate for solving problems in the branch.

  • Recruit new dealers and maintain the Leasing Ratio following the set plan by the Company.

  • Leads team to provide company’s process/product education to dealers on a regular basis.

  • Ensure more effective sales cooperation with other companies.

  • Ensure the smooth, effective, and efficient implementation of the Company Policy, Procedures, Guidelines, and Operational Plan.

  • Other tasks assigned by Superior.

Preferred Experience

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in in Banking, Economic, management, finance, and other.

  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in the banking sector.

  • Good relationship with vehicle dealers, showroom, and customers.

  • Good management and leadership skills.

  • Well understood of vehicle leasing products.

  • Positive and committed attitude.

  • Can drive for results, be able to go to field visits, work under pressure.
